Stuffed Cucumbers
Ingredients
4 Large cucumbers
½ Lemon
1 Red chili (red bell pepper)
100 grams of Cream cheese
1 teaspoon of Sour cream
1 tablespoon of Basil
1 tablespoon of Chopped green onion
2 Cloves of minced garlic
1 pinch of Salt
1 Small lettuce
1 pinch of Paprika
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Cucumbers are cut lengthwise, peeled, and seeds are removed.
Step 2 : Then, they are rubbed with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Step 3 : Meanwhile, the red chili is cut in half, seeds are removed, and it is diced.
Step 4 : Cream cheese and sour cream are combined with the other ingredients to make a homogeneous mixture.
Step 5 : This mixture is used to fill the cucumbers, which are then refrigerated for 2 hours.
Step 6 : After that time, the stuffed cucumbers are sliced and served, optionally placing them on a bed of lettuce leaves if desired.
