Ingredients

3 pounds of Pork loin

2 Bell peppers

2 Garlic cloves

1 Onion

½ pound of Bacon

2 tablespoons of Mustard

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The meat should be carefully washed and then seasoned with salt and pepper.

Step 2 : Next, around twelve holes of approximately an inch should be opened with a knife, to form small pockets in the meat.

Step 3 : Then, all the vegetables are finely chopped along with the bacon, and all the ingredients are mixed in a container.

Step 4 : Once ready, proceed to fill each of the pockets in the meat with the mixture of vegetables and bacon.

Step 5 : Seal the meat in a hot skillet and then place it in a preheated mold or casserole dish and cover it.

Step 6 : The preparation is baked at 350°C for one hour.

Step 7 : Finally, serve the hot meat ready to enjoy.
