Sweet Chicken Mole
Ingredients
1 Chicken
60 grams of Sesame seeds
1 Chocolate tablet
60 grams of Raisins
2 Chile guaques
5 Large tomatoes
3 Sweet bread rolls
60 grams of Almonds
1 Mexican chile
1 Cinnamon stick
1 cup of Plum brandy
1 pinch of Salt

Preparation
Step 1 : Cut the chicken into pieces and cook in a pot.
Step 2 : Toast the chiles, grind the pepitoria and sesame seeds.
Step 3 : In a grinding stone, crush the roasted tomato, toasted sweet bread rolls, peeled almonds, and chocolate.
Step 4 : Combine all the ingredients and strain, then fry this sauce with lard.
Step 5 : Season with salt and sugar, add raisins, almonds, and a cup of brandy.
Step 6 : Let it boil for 10 minutes, adding a sprig of mint at the end.
Step 7 : It can be served with white rice or a tomato salad, as preferred.
