Ingredients

500 grams of Cod

1 Red bell pepper

1 Green bell pepper

1 Yellow bell pepper

4 Garlic cloves

1 Large onion

½ cup of White wine

Tomato and olive oil base sauce

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large pan, add two tablespoons of olive oil.

Step 2 : Proceed to brown the onion julienne until translucent, along with the crushed garlic cloves until brown.

Step 3 : Then, add the three peppers cut into strips and mix, adding the white wine and letting it evaporate.

Step 4 : Next, place the tomato-based sauce and mix well.

Step 5 : Add the desalted cod (which should have been prepared a day before), placing it skin side down.

Step 6 : Add a little water or fish stock, covering the cod.

Step 7 : Cover and let it cook until well done and the peppers are tender.

Step 8 : Serve hot, accompanied by potatoes to taste.
