Ingredients

½ pound of Chicken

1 pound of Beef

½ pound of Pork belly

½ pound of Lamb

½ pound of Duck

½ pound of Turkey

4 Tomatoes

2 Bell peppers

1 Celery stalk

12 Tomatillo

3 Onions

½ cup of Orange juice

½ Pineapple slice

8 Arbol chilies

12 Cloves

¼ Cinnamon stick

10 Bay leaves

8 Garlic cloves

4 Thyme sprigs

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, first, heat a large skillet and add a bit of oil.

Step 2 : Then, sauté all the meats, which have been previously seasoned with salt and pepper, and cut into small pieces.

Step 3 : In a mortar, crush all the vegetables together with the seasonings to create a paste.
