Ingredients

1 ½ pound of Chunks of meat

1 tablespoon of Oil

2 ounces of Vinegar

4 cups of Water

1 pinch of Salt

1 Onion julienne

6 Diced tomatoes

4 ounces of Chopped miltomate

1 Clover of garlic

1 Chopped guaque chili

1 Thyme sprig

½ teaspoon of Achiote

1 Bay leaves

2 ounces of Breadcrumbs

½ pound of Sliced potato

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the recipe, first, wash and season the meat.

Step 2 : Then, in a large pot, add oil and sear the meat.

Step 3 : Next, add the rest of the ingredients and cook for about an hour, allowing the water to reduce.

Step 4 : Subsequently, incorporate breadcrumbs and potatoes, and let it cook for another 15 minutes.

Step 5 : Finally, serve the preparation.
