500 grams of Fresh white beans
1 Small peeled carrot
250 grams of Chorizos
2 tablespoons of Tomato sauce
1 Small finely chopped onion
1 pinch of Salt

Step 1 : In a pressure cooker, bring the beans to the fire with enough water, tomato sauce, carrot, finely chopped onion, and salt.
Step 2 : Cook for 5 minutes if they are soft or for 15 minutes if they are dry.
Step 3 : Then, uncover and check if the beans are soft.
Step 4 : If they are ready, blend the carrot with a little broth and mix it back with the beans.
Step 5 : On the other hand, fry the chorizos and add them to the beans without the fat.
