Ingredients

6 Molletes

3 Eggs

½ cup of Cream

500 grams of Sugar

60 grams of Raisins

Flour

60 grams of Butter

1 Cinnamon stick

Oil

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the molletes, cut a lid on the top and remove the crumb, which is mixed with butter and cream, seasoned with a little sugar, and raisins are added.

Step 2 : Subsequently, fill the molletes with this mixture and cover them.

Step 3 : In another bowl, prepare a batter and dip the molletes into it before frying them in oil.

Step 4 : Once fried, remove them and rinse with hot water to remove excess fat, then dip them in sugar honey until well soaked.

Step 5 : Once the honey has soaked into the molletes, remove them and serve accompanied by a sprinkle of cinnamon and two glasses of wine.
