Ingredients

Beef Stomach Broth

1 Beef leg

4 pounds of Beef stomach

8 Tomatoes

2 Onions

2 Bell peppers

1 pinch of Pepper

Oregano

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, start by thoroughly washing the beef stomach and cutting it into medium pieces, along with the beef leg, then set the meat aside.

Step 2 : Next, in a skillet, add approximately 2 teaspoons of oil and sauté the chopped tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers.

Step 3 : Season with pepper, oregano, and salt to taste.

Step 4 : Then, in a separate pot, place the meat to cook in enough water.

Step 5 : Add the previously prepared sofrito, and the broth will be ready when the meat is very tender.

Step 6 : If you want to give it a special touch, you can add additional vegetables like corn, chayotes, cabbage, among other options.
