Ingredients

200 grams of Noodles

8 Tomatoes

1 Medium onion

3 Cloves of garlic

2 liters of Chicken broth

Corn safflower oil for frying

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Brown the noodles in a hot pan with oil. Constantly move it around so it doesn't burn and browns evenly. Once browned, drain it well.

Step 2 : When it's nicely toasted, add the chicken broth.

Step 3 : When the broth boils, add the noodles and the cilantro tied with hemp thread.

Step 4 : It should be brothy; if it's thick, add a splash of broth or water and season to taste.
