Ingredients
1 Small chicken
500 grams of Medium shrimp
500 grams of Chopped tomato
3 Chopped leeks
1 Beef leg in pieces
1 Chopped large celery
2 Vegetable juices
2 Small fish in pieces
100 grams of Jutes
8 Crabs
6 Crabs
2 Shrimp bouillon cubes
8 Eggs
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot with plenty of water and a little salt, place all ingredients except the two eggs and the fish.
Step 2 : Cook for approximately an hour or until the chicken is tender.
Step 3 : Then, beat the two reserved eggs and add them to the broth along with the fish.
Step 4 : Adjust the seasoning and let it cook for another 10 to 15 minutes.
