Ingredients

1 Bunch of chipilín

1 Saborin or dehydrated cube

1 cup of Broth

1 Tomato

1 Onion

1 Garlic clove

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, bring water to a boil.

Step 2 : Wash the chipilín, remove the leaves and add it to the pot to cook for about 15 minutes.

Step 3 : Wash the tomato and onion, finely chop them, and add them to the pot along with the garlic.

Step 4 : Let it boil for another 15 minutes.

Step 5 : Then add broth, saborin, and salt to taste.

Step 6 : Finally, serve the soup.
