Ingredients

4 pounds of Chicken

5 Tomatoes

2 Red bell peppers

½ White onion

2 Garlic cloves

Cilantro

Chicken consommé

2 Avocados

Lemon

4 Potatoes diced into squares

1 Carrot

Preparation

Step 1 : Cook the chicken with enough water, add salt and cilantro

Step 2 : When the chicken is cooked, remove it from the water

Step 3 : Blend with a little water in which the chicken was cooked, ¼ onion, the tomatoes, one red bell pepper, the garlic, and add the blended mixture to the chicken broth

Step 4 : Add the potatoes, carrots, season with chicken consommé.

Step 5 : When the potatoes are cooked, add the chopped cilantro and remove from heat.
