Ingredients

1 pound of Peeled and cleaned shrimp

1 ½ liter of Water

4 Chopped tomatoes

1 Onion split in two

2 Bunches of chipilín

2 tablespoons of Oil

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : First, in a skillet with oil, sauté the tomatoes and onion, seasoning with a little salt.

Step 2 : Then, add these ingredients to a large pot and fill with water (the required amount). Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes, then season with salt and pepper.

Step 3 : Next, in the same water, add the cleaned shrimp and the chipilín leaves, boil for a few more minutes.

Step 4 : Season with a little salt and pepper to taste. Cook for five more minutes.

Step 5 : When serving, you can add avocado.
