Ingredients
1 pound of Beef tripe
1 tablespoon of Lemon juice
2 cups of Water
1 pound of Tomato
4 ounces of Creole miltomate
1 Garlic clove
1 Chopped onion
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : The preparation begins by washing and cooking the tripe in water until it is tender.
Step 2 : Then, it is cut into approximately two-inch cubes and placed in a cup of water with lemon juice, allowing it to rest for about an hour.
Step 3 : After that, the vegetables are washed and chopped, then blended with a cup of water.
Step 4 : Next, they are sautéed in a small pot, and the tripe, which has been drained, is added to the sauce and boiled for 15 minutes.
Step 5 : Finally, the dish is ready to be served.
