Ingredients

10 Corn tortillas (cut into triangles)

3 Finely chopped tomatoes

1 Garlic clove

1 Finely chopped onion

1 Dehydrated bouillon cube

1 ½ liter of Water or broth

4 tablespoons of Chopped fresh herbs (e.g., cilantro or mint)

3 tablespoons of Cooking oil

Preparation

Step 1 : Initially, fry the tortillas in oil until golden, then drain on paper towels.

Step 2 : Next, cook all the other ingredients in water, seasoning with the bouillon cube.

Step 3 : When the water or broth boils, add the fried tortillas to soften them and absorb the flavor of the broth.

Step 4 : Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs like cilantro.
