Traditional Chicken Broth
Ingredients
3 pounds of Chicken pieces
6 cups of Water
1 pinch of Salt
½ pound of Potato cubed
2 Carrots cubed
1 Chayote squash cubed
1 Chopped onion
½ cup of Chopped mint
½ cup of Chopped cilantro
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious stewed chicken, first wash and cut the chicken, then place it in a pot with water to cook.
Step 2 : Add the salt and let it cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Step 3 : Subsequently, add the vegetables and cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 4 : To add flavor, add the herbs and onion, letting it cook for 5 minutes before serving.
