Ingredients

1 kilogram of Turtle meat

100 grams of Butter

4 Garlic cloves

60 grams of Toasted peanuts

1 Onion

Tomato juice

Parsley

4 cups of Broth

1 cup of Wine

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Wash well two pounds of turtle meat and place it in an enameled saucepan.

Step 2 : Fry the meat with three ounces of butter; adding four cloves of minced garlic, two ounces of toasted and ground peanuts, sliced onion, tomato juice, chopped parsley, and the corresponding salt.

Step 3 : When everything is well fried, add four cups of good broth and a glass of wine. Then season and let it boil until it is well cooked.

Step 4 : Serve in a tureen where it is sprinkled with pepper. Enjoy your meal!
