Ingredients

2 Bunches of chopped watercress

3 cups of Chicken broth

1 ½ tablespoon of Oil

3 Cloves of chopped garlic

1 Diced potato

Lemon slices

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot over medium-high heat, fry the oil with the garlic cloves for a minute.

Step 2 : Then add the potato and half a teaspoon of salt, cooking for another minute.

Step 3 : Next, add the chicken broth, water, and watercress, allowing it to boil for five minutes while stirring constantly.

Step 4 : Season with salt and pepper, and let it simmer for an additional minute.

Step 5 : Finally, divide into bowls, squeeze lemon, and serve immediately.
